Details
Inspect splines, disc, plates, bearing seats, bearings, teeth and hubs for wear or damage. Check return springs. Spring free length is not measured on Volvo. Measure forward clutch disc friction thickness. If less than .082" (2.10 mm), replace clutch disc.
