3. Subscriptions and Renewals

Subscriptions (Plus, Pro) are auto-renewable via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

You may cancel at any time through your platform's subscription settings.

Cancellation stops future charges but does not provide a refund for the current period.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are final. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google per their respective Terms of Sale. Ordo Auto does not process refunds directly.

5. JoeBot AI Disclaimer

JoeBot provides maintenance information and automotive advice based on general manufacturer data and AI inference. This information is for REFERENCE ONLY and is NOT a substitute for professional mechanical advice. We make no warranty regarding the safety or accuracy of the advice. Use of JoeBot is at your own risk.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use the service to scrape data, reverse-engineer the application, or submit fraudulent vehicle information.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria.
