Account identifiers: email address, hashed password.

Vehicle specifics: VIN, make, model, year, current mileage.

User-generated logs: maintenance records, fuel logs, custom reminders.

Interaction data: feature usage, and — for questions answered by our AI assistant — an anonymised log of the question and answer, retained with NO account or user identifier and with personal details automatically redacted, used to measure and improve answer quality.

Diagnostic data: crash reports (via Sentry, anonymised).

3. Legal Basis (GDPR)

Performance of Contract: To provide the vehicle tracking and AI services you signed up for.

Legitimate Interest: To improve our vehicle database and AI accuracy.

Consent: For marketing communications (opt-in only).

4. Data Sharing and Processors

Your data is never sold. We use the following GDPR-compliant processors:

RevenueCat: Subscription and payment processing.

Firebase: App hosting, authentication, and push notifications.

Sentry: Error monitoring (anonymised).

Anthropic: AI query processing (personally identifiable info is redacted before transmission).

We retain your data for 3 years after your last login, or until you request deletion.
