Bulletin Number: PA002-00 Group: PAINT Date: January 28, 2000 Title: CLADDING & BUMPER COLOR CODES Models: '00 Sienna, RAV4, 4Runner & Land Cruiser Introduction: Attached for your reference is a list of all the 2000 model year vehicle cladding and bumper color codes and combinations. Applicable Vehicles: 2000 Sienna, RAV4, 4Runner, and Land Cruiser models. Repair Procedure: Since heat deformation of the cladding occurs more easily than with bumpers, repair and refinishing of cladding panels is not recommended. If original parts are to be refinished, observe the following precautions during the refinish/drying process. 1. To prevent cladding warpage, hold the cladding panels firmly in place and keep the drying temperature below 50°C (122°F). 2. Since the cladding and bumpers are made of flexible plastic urethane material, use a 2-part urethane finish paint system with plasticizer for all bumper /cladding repairs.
