Disconnect the negative battery cable. Disconnect the electrical connector. Remove the electrical harness from the rear deck lid hinge arm. Remove the bolts and the rear deck lid. Fig 1: Removing Rear Deck Lid Courtesy of SUZUKI OF AMERICA CORP.
