Fundamentals and Basics Wheel Cylinder Assembly: - Clean all parts in clean denatured alcohol and dry with compressed air. - Ensure hands are clean before proceeding with assembly. Lubricate cylinder wall and new seals with clean brake fluid . - Install bleeder valve and torque to 7 Nm (65 in. lb.). - Install spring assembly, seals, pistons, and boots.
