Oil Identification Symbol Use only engine oils displaying the EOLCS certification mark on the container. If these oils are not available, an API classification SH ECI, SH/CD ECII, SG ECI or SG/CD ECI can be used. Oil Viscosity The SAE grade number indicates the viscosity of the oil. A proper SAE grade number should be selected according to ambient temperature.
