Warrants the original owner that vehicle was designed, built, and equipped so as to conform at the time of sale with applicable emission regulations and that it is free from defects in materials or workmanship which may cause the vehicle to fail to conform with applicable regulations for 5 years or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
