LRA-12-001 - Spring Band Clamp Pliers The tool is used to install and remove the spring band hose clamps used on 1995-on New Range Rover. LRT-54-013A - Stub Axle Seal Installer This tool is used to install the front and rear stub axle seals on 1994-on Discovery and Defender. LRT-54-013A supersedes tool LRT-54-013. LRT-54-013 should be discarded because it WILL NOT install the front stub axle seal to the correct depth and will eventually result in a leaking front stub axle.
