TSB : DTC P0A3C-00: Drive Motor 'A' Inverter Over Temperature: General Description: Notes
Details
The Multi inverter is a next-generation charging system for 400V and 800V multi-charging. In the 400V charging infrastructure, a motor and inverter are used to boost the battery charging voltage to 800V, and in the 800V charging infrastructure, the high voltage input from the charger is charged to the battery as it is. An EV's drive motor is a system that generates driving force in a vehicle without an engine. This produces high power for accelerating, uphill and high-speed driving with virtually no noise. During deceleration, the motor acts as a generator and generates electricity to charge the high voltage battery. This system improves fuel economy and increases mileage. The driving force generated by the motor is transmitted to the wheel through a reducer connected to the rotor shaft and drive shaft. NOTE: VCU: Vehicle Control Unit BMS: Battery Management System MCU: Motor Control Unit AAF: Active Air Flap ICCU: Integrated Charging and Converter Unit VCMS: Vehicle Charging Management System IGBT: Insulated Gate Bipolar-mode Transistor PE parts: ICCU/Motor/VCU 3 way valve: It improves the heating performance of the heat pump by bypassing the coolant that travels to the radiator during heat pump operation High voltage junction box: It is a device that distributes high-voltage power from the high-voltage battery to each unit in the vehicle
