SERVICE INFORMATION The diagnostic procedures for the following trouble codes have been revised: DTC 55 (Brake Switch Short To Ground Or Open). DTC 56 (Brake Switch Short To Plus). These procedures are used to troubleshoot the Diagnostic Trouble Codes from the TCM. See Fig 1 and Fig 2 for the revised diagnostic procedures.
