C166700 is set when the CGW* cannot receives the C-CAN message from the SCC* although the C-CAN Bus is normal. It can occur when there is a Faulty Power Supply to the SCC*, or an Open/Poor Connection in the High line or the Low line of the SCC*'s branch circuit.
