Details
Main Relay can malfunction when the high-voltage battery system uses current that exceeds a permitted level during charging and discharging or when excessive heat occurs due to overcurrent leak caused by poor connection between a relay and the high-voltage battery. To prevent this, diagnose the vehicle and perform the BMS troubleshooting procedures as follows.
