Fig 1: View Of Radiator Outlet Hose & Outlet Heater Hose Courtesy of GENERAL MOTORS CORP. Install the radiator outlet hose to the vehicle. Install the radiator outlet hose and clamp to the radiator. Ensure the hose is positioned properly in order to prevent interference with the fan shroud. Install the radiator outlet hose clip retainers to the brackets. Install the heater outlet hose to the radiator outlet hose. Install the upper and lower fan shroud. Refer to Engine Coolant Fan Upper Shroud Replacement (Automatic Transmission - Diesel) or Engine Coolant Fan Upper Shroud Replacement (Automatic Transmission - Gasoline) or Engine Coolant Fan Upper Shroud Replacement (Manual Transmission - Diesel) or Engine Coolant Fan Upper Shroud Replacement (Manual Transmission - Gasoline) or Engine Coolant Fan Upper Shroud Replacement (w/RPO HP2) and Engine Coolant Fan Lower Shroud Replacement . Fill the engine coolant. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System (Static Fill) or Draining and Filling Cooling System (w/RPO HP2) or Draining and Filling Cooling System (Vac-N-Fill) .
